Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a specific processing time based on the individual product.

Returns

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
